As the president and CEO of HKB Investment Group, Hari leads an exceptionally talented team towards business developments that will positively impact the Atlanta metropolitan area. Hari’s inspiring professional journey started in India where he became experienced in medical equipment retail. In the United States, he initially worked with the sales of IT products and services. Later on, Hari capitalized on his entrepreneurial skills and built a thriving business in the gaming industry. His investments are now centered in the hospitality and medical fields. As a leader, Hari values robust work ethics and strong work-life balance culture. Central to his vision of HKB’s corporate culture is the idea that “everyone grows together:” the business, the employees, and the community. Hari is an expert in strategic capital investment. His mission is to build a legacy that will inspire future generations to believe in their dreams and in the power of hard work.
Prem Patel
CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
Prem started his career in the hospitality industry when he was only 11 years old. Due to his vast experience in the field, Prem is well versed in every operational role pertaining to the hospitality industry. Having the exposure of working as a front desk agent, as well as in housekeeping, and hotel management, Prem is an expert in providing high-quality services and guaranteeing customer satisfaction. With his extensive experience and educational background in business administration, Prem’s career progressed towards the strategic management of properties and investments. In the past 10 years, Prem has successfully managed over 2000 rooms across multiple brands in Hospitality Industry. He is passionate about business strategy, exceptional customer service, urban development, and aviation (he is a Certified Flight Instructor).
Jaynil Patel
VICE PRESIDENT OF OPERATIONS
Jaynil started his journey with HKB Group in 2017 as a front-desk agent. Jaynil’s dedication and his exceptional ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment were rewarded through an accelerated career path. His career quickly progressed toward positions of leadership that leveraged Jaynil’s experience and knowledge in financial matters. Jaynil graduated from Georgia State University with a double major in Accounting and Finance. As the Vice President of Operations, Jaynil leads the development and management of organizational processes, supporting the COO and being a liaison between supervisors and regional directors.
Urvish Patel
STRATEGIC DEVELOPER
Urvish Patel started his construction business in 2003. He started with residential projects eventually mastering commercial enterprises such as Daycare, Shopping Centers, as well as health facilities. Urvish focus is on the maximization of property development. He determines the infrastructural viability of various development projects and supports HKB’s goal of promoting sustainable urbanization and social development. Urvish has a Real State Broker’s License and a General Contractor’s License.
Mani Patel
VICE PRESIDENT OF SALES
Mani Patel is a champion in the field of sales and marketing. Her career started in 2001 working as a front desk agent. Because of her natural ability to lead, Mani was promoted to General Manager. As such, she managed the operations of multiple hotels as well as other properties in the food and beverage industry. Her journey at HKB Group started in 2018 as a General Manager. Thanks to her comprehensive knowledge of the field and her educational background in marketing, Mani has become a specialist in brand conversion. She has successfully overseen multiple brand conversion projects. Her professional journey is a testament to her commitment to providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
