Established in 2016, HKB Investment Group (HKB) has rapidly evolved from its roots in hospitality into a vertically integrated owner, developer, and operator of high-performance real estate. While we have grown into a diversified $1B+ portfolio spanning the residential, commercial, and healthcare sectors, our foundation remains anchored in the people-first philosophy of the hospitality industry.
