HKB Investment Group cares for the wellbeing of our employees, guests, and business partners.
We are complying with all protocols and guidelines established by the Centers for Disease
Control and Prevention (CDC). We have taken every precaution to ensure the safety of our
associates and the general public.
CORPORATE OFFICES
In our corporate offices, we have established strict guidelines that promote a safe workspace.
Our offices are sanitized more frequently, and we provide all the mandatory personal
protective equipment. Our employees have their temperature checked daily and are required
to enforce 6 feet social distancing guidelines.
HOTELS
In our hotels, we have upgraded all cleaning procedures and disinfecting equipment to protect
our guests and our staff. We have increased the disinfecting frequency and acquired the most
up-to-date technology, such as NanoSeptic self-cleaning strips for high-contact surfaces. Our
front desk areas are equipped with plexiglass acrylic screens and our staff is required to wear
personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Our guests should expect some adjustments to their experience in our hotels. Following the
recommendation of health experts and the CDC, we encourage all guests (ages 2 and above) to
wear facial masks in public areas such as the front desk or waiting areas. We have distributed
safety signs throughout our properties with reminders of all critical CDC guidelines. In addition
to that, we have temporarily discontinued the following services: business centers, food
service, fitness centers, swimming pools, and shuttles. We encourage guests to monitor their
health and be attentive for potential COVID-19 symptoms such as fever or chills, cough, sore
throat, fatigue, body aches, a sudden loss of taste or smell, and/or difficulty breathing. We
request that guests or employees displaying one or more of the symptoms above stay at home
and seek medical help.
